Do not email the exact exam date, domain names, answers, scores, official-source URL, reviewer identity, review notes, mentor scope, employer records, or the full generated plan.

Study offers

Prepare the free study plan before payment by completing the original concept check and reviewing a current official credential source. The qualified planner reveals the $19 Study Sprint Pack. The $49 Readiness Review also requires a specific mentor-review scope. Both paid downloads are generated in the browser after activation; diagnostic answers are not sent to the license service.

If automatic checkout is unavailable after qualification, use the matching PayPal fallback revealed in the planner and contact support with the receipt.

Response scope

Support can help with site access, plan formatting, and purchased review delivery. It cannot verify eligibility, disclose exam content, or guarantee certification results.

Refunds

If a paid review has not started, request a refund using the email address attached to the payment. Once custom review work starts, completed work is generally non-refundable except where required by law.
